About the company 
This opportunity is for a leading Australian Education organisation located in a city fringe location requiring an immediate start for the right candidate. This is initially a temporary opportunity with potential for more ongoing work for an experienced Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant to support a senior member of the team. Looking for someone who is switched on, able to work well under pressure and is adaptable to changes in priorities. WHV candidates are welcome to apply. 

Responsibilities:

  • Diary and calendar management
  • Organising travel and accommodation
  • Assisting with preparation of communications 
  • Drafting and editing documents and correspondence
  • Answering phones
  • Liaising with clients and other stakeholders
  • Board meeting preparation and minute taking
  • Filing, archiving and general file management

Requirements:

  • Experience working as a PA or EA 
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication skills - written and verbal
  • A fast and accurate typing speed
  • Ability to pick things up quickly, fast learner
  • Must be able to work independently and ability to manage own workload 
  • Immediate availability
