The Company:

Seeking an experienced Executive Assistant for a 5-month contract in Sydney CBD, very close to public transport. The ideal candidate will be an experienced EA/PA and would have worked either in Investment Banking, Finance or a Professional Services environment in a fast paced and dynamic role.

About You:

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in an EA or PA role
  • Strong travel and expenses management skills
  • Strong organizational diary management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • High attention to detail with a focus on achieving error free results
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong team approach


Duties/Responsibilities

  • Extensive Diary Management
  • Organise travel bookings
  • Email management
  • Filing, scanning
  • Handling correspondence
  • General administration
  • Meeting and Greeting visitors/guests
  • Processing invoices
  • Document control
  • Coordinating meeting
  • Handling enquiries within the team
