- Work as part of supportive HR team
About the Company
This organisation is a market leader in their field, the HR team reports into their Head Office in Singapore.
About the Role
You will be responsible for driving the BAU aspects of the HR life cycle which includes:
- Full Generalist HR
- Recruitment
- Employee Relations
- HR Reporting
- Rewards
Reporting into the President of the Australian Business & Operations and the Head of HR based in Singapore.
About You
- You’ll be tertiary qualified
- Previous experience working for a construction company with a large network
- 8 years + HR experience
- Be able to multi- task and wear multiple hats
- Have a ‘can do’ attitude
