We are currently seeking a Service Desk Analysts to work for one of our NSW government clients. Operators will need respond to and resolve customer enquiries whilst following policies, procedures and legislation.
The roles will respond to queries relating to IT. Enquiries can be received via phone call and through the ITSM (ServiceNow). The applicant would be required to work across both of these delivery channels.
The role works in a rostered environment and the candidate will need to be flexible and available to work rotating shifts between 7am-6pm Monday to Sunday.
Once experienced you will be rostered for our clients "on call" service which operates 6pm - 7am Monday to Sunday.
- Must have 2+ years contact centre or customer service experience with good technical capability.
- Previous experience using an ITSM (ideally ServiceNow) will be highly regarded.
