As an Intermediate Accountant, you will provide specialist services to local and international clients across a diverse range of industries. You will be a key contributor to their fast growing business and will help to build their future as well as your own career. Reporting to a Senior Management team, you will have responsibility for working closely on assignments, assisting in the development of more junior members of the team and building lasting client relationships.

You will have the opportunity to work with a unique and interesting portfolio of clients from a range of backgrounds including crypto, property development and marketing clients with turnovers up to $300mil in size.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the Preparation of financial statements, tax planning for clients, apply basic tax compliance procedures for clients across various industries.
  • Prepare income tax returns for individuals, companies and trusts.
  • prepare clear work papers as evidence of work performed.
  • Provide timely and accurate advice to clients on accounting and taxation matters.
  • Stay updated on relevant accounting standards, regulations, and industry trends.

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • CPA or CA qualification (or progress towards qualification) preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in public accounting.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
