About the Company
ASX listed organisation with a rapid expansion plan. My client is a market-leading Tech business providing novel solutions to a wide range of global organisations. They have offices in multiple countries enabling them to fully engage with the local market.
You will work directly for the exec-leadership team assisting with strategic growth and investment opportunities. You will be both managing and dealing directly with all aspects of deal execution including structuring, due-diligence around risk and analysis for any capital raising.
About the Role
- Managing the M&A pipeline with respect to targeting new acquisitions
- Providing detailed due-diligence around risk versus opportunities and over what timeframes
- Writing up complex documentation as well as submitting reports to the Board
- Joint leading the negotiations around the deal, looking at financing and liaising with Lawyers, Board and other vested parties
Skills & Experience
- Strong track record of working across the entire M&A transaction process
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, written and verbal
- Strong financial modelling and business case analysis
- Tertiary qualification in finance; CA, CPA preferred
