Job description
Day to Day Duties:
- Logging customer service orders
- Extracting and compiling data from internal systems
- Actioning and preparing reports
- General administration and office duties
- General record management
- Process documents for inaccuracies or inefficiencies
- Verify and organise customer data
- Use of Microsoft Excel or other data entry programs
- Alphabetic and numeric preparation of assessment for input
- Enter data into spreadsheets
Experience needed:
- 2+ years’ experience in a Data Entry position
- Sound written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent numerical skills
- Previous experience in system integration highly desirable
- Attention to detail
- Bubbly, fun, outgoing personality
