Job description

Day to Day Duties: 

  • Logging customer service orders
  • Extracting and compiling data from internal systems
  • Actioning and preparing reports
  • General administration and office duties
  • General record management
  • Process documents for inaccuracies or inefficiencies 
  • Verify and organise customer data 
  • Use of Microsoft Excel or other data entry programs 
  • Alphabetic and numeric preparation of assessment for input  
  • Enter data into spreadsheets


Experience needed:

  • 2+ years’ experience in a Data Entry position
  • Sound written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent numerical skills
  • Previous experience in system integration highly desirable
  • Attention to detail 
  • Bubbly, fun, outgoing personality
