Job description
I am seeking an experienced administrator for a part time role in Belrose. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain a role with flexible working hours. General daily hours will be 9am-3pm.This is a fixed term contract until 20th December 2019. The salary for this role is $60K + Super pro rata! Due to the location of this role, you will need to drive and have access to a car - parking is available for free.
Within this role, you will be working alongside the HR and People and Culture Team and provide support in a team environment.
Duties within the role will include:
- Data maintenance and management of internal systems
- Keeping employee documentation up to date
- Coordinate new employee induction programs
- Assist with raising Purchase Orders where required
- Assist with training and development programs
- Maintain the internal HR system
- Liaise with clients and customers in relation to documentation and compliance
- Conduct credit checks for new business accounts
- General office administration
- Record keeping
To be successful in this role you must possess the following:
- Proven experience in a similar Administration focused role
- Be experienced in using Excel and MS Suite
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- High levels of drive and motivation
- Ability to build rapport with stakeholders
- Ability to work autonomously
