About the role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Administrator for an 8 week temporary contract in Rhodes. Due to the length of contract, candidates on a Working Holiday Visa are welcomed to apply for this role.
Duties within the role will include:
- Processing sales invoices (SAP experience is essential)
- Data input and maintenance using Excel and PowerPoint
- Create presentations using sales figures and information into PowerPoint
- Pull detailed reports using Excel or Nielson
- Assist the sales team with general administration
- Experience of working in a similar sales administration/coordinator role
- Attention to detail - Data Maintenance and processing
- Ability to manage a busy and varied work load
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in using MS Suite - Word, PowerPoint and Excel
