About the role 

We are seeking an experienced Sales Administrator for an 8 week temporary contract in Rhodes. Due to the length of contract, candidates on a Working Holiday Visa are welcomed to apply for this role. 
 
Duties within the role will include:   

  • Processing sales invoices (SAP experience is essential)
  • Data input and maintenance using Excel and PowerPoint
  • Create presentations using sales figures and information into PowerPoint
  • Pull detailed reports using Excel or Nielson
  • Assist the sales team with general administration

Essential:  

  • Experience of working in a similar sales administration/coordinator role
  • Attention to detail - Data Maintenance and processing
  • Ability to manage a busy and varied work load
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Experience in using MS Suite - Word, PowerPoint and Excel
