About You:
The perfect person will be a Personal Assistant who has strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask and work to tight deadlines. This is a great opportunity for someone who is an excellent communicator and confident operating at a Senior level.
About the Company:
This is a large, corporate company based in North Sydney’s CBD. The company is looking for a PA to x2 EGM’s and some of the admin team and GM’s.
Your duties and responsibilities will be as follows:
- Providing Key Senior Management Team (SMT) members with professional administrative support including word processing duties and attending to routine correspondence
- Provide assistance with the consolidation of the weekly and monthly retail asset reporting, filing and document control
- Set-up weekly meetings, management of Senior Team calendar
- Travel arrangements (flights, accommodation, car hire)
- Create and accurately maintain electronic files
- Arrange approved team training and update training register
- Assist with telephone queries on behalf of the team
- Preparation of business presentations
- Assist with the compilation of data required for the 2019 Business Plan budgets
- Review and format majors and mini majors reporting, prior to distribution for review and commentary
- Monthly expenses
- Review and arrange approvals for Leasing Executives expenses
- Organisation of customer events, where necessary
