About the company 
This opportunity is for a leading Australian health company located in the CBD requiring an immediate start for the right candidate. This is a temporary opportunity is for 3 months initially with potential for extension. WHV candidates are welcome to apply. 
 
Responsibilities:

  • Diary and calendar management
  • Organizing travel and accommodation
  • Assisting with preparation of communications 
  • Drafting and editing documents and correspondence
  • Answering phones
  • Liaising with clients and other stakeholders
  • Taking notes and minute taking
  • Filing, archiving and general file management

Requirements:

  • Experience working as a PA (in the health industry advantageous however not essential)
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication skills - written and verbal
  • A fast and accurate typing speed
  • Ability to pick things up quickly, fat learner
  • Must be able to work independently and ability to manage own workload 
  • Immediate availability
