About The Role

Reporting to the head of Remediation, the scope of the role ranges from administration support for various projections to governance committees for the entire portfolio.

Duties to include:

  • General Team coordination & project management
  • Coordinating SteerCo meetings and taking minutes
  • Monthly and quarterly team reporting
  • Data Entry
  • Preparing for meetings
  • Other adhoc duties


The successful candidate should poses the following:

  • Prior Project management within Financial Services is advantageous
  • Previous administration experience
  • Clear/accurate written & verbal communication skills
  • Agenda and SteerCo pack preparation
  • Advanced Microsoft skills
  • Experience dealing with Executive and Senior Managers
