About the company
My client is a leading mid-tier financial services organisation based in Sydney and they are currently recruiting for a QA Team Lead to join their business on a permanent basis.
About the role
You will be responsible for building and leading a team of Test Engineers with the goal of driving test automation within the business. Other responsibilities will include implementing procedures within the team, managing and maintaining test data, stakeholder and vendor management.
About you
In order to be successful in your application for this position you will need to have the following experience:
- Leadership experience
- Testing experience (manual, automation and performance)
- Automation tools experience
- Stakeholder management experience
- Excellent communication skills
