About the Role  

An immediate start for an experienced Receptionist/administrator to work alongside the Facilities Managers to ensure all incoming calls are answered in a professional manner whilst providing the highest level if customer service and providing administration support with on boarding new staff.    

Responsibilities include:     

  • Answering incoming calls 
  • Providing the highest level of customer service 
  • Organising couriers 
  • Issuing security passes
  • General administration duties 

 Key Skills:     

  • Previous Reception experience  
  • Excellent organisational skills  
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite  
  • Ability to problem solve and use initiative
