Job description

The Reporting Analyst will work with the CIO and the Senior Technology leaders to support a range of business management activities including business unit planning, portfolio management and reporting, resource and services analysis, and business unit improvements.
Responsibilities will include:
- Support the design and maintenance of performance data analytics and reporting dashboards for internal stakeholders
- Coordinate and collect relevant data points to assist with the creation of internal dashboards, management reports with insights to support decision making
- Assist with information gathering, production of reports, presentations, and correspondence as and when required
- Gather and collate information for, and prepare documentation and reports on business unit performance, as well as make recommendations to improve efficiency, cost management and service delivery
- Influence busy business unit participants to focus on providing information to deadlines
To be successful for this position you will need to display:
- Ability to analyse complex processes / issues / large data sets and draw meaningful insights
- Experience in the use of reporting and analysis tools such as Microstrategy, Power BI, Splunk
- Confident stakeholder engagement skills, ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong attention to detail along with a pragmatic approach to workload
- Interest / aptitude for emerging technologies
