Job description

Charterhouse are currently partnering with a leading financial services organisation in search for a senior risk and compliance position. The role sits between the PMO and central finance functions, focusing on developing the project’s assurance framework and ensuring the continuation of assurance standards with stakeholders. This is a 0.6 FTE part-time position

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a customer-focused assurance framework, including monitoring, tracking and reporting. 
  • Partner with business leads to ensure compliance and governance standards are upheld with the project. 
  • Stakeholder management with Finance, Technology, Legal & Risk, Audit as well as operations to develop project modelling. 
  • Deliver continual improvement to forecasting and modelling processes. 
  • Implement after-action review framework with numerous functional leads. 

Key Requirements 

  • Proven and tangible experience in a similar position within risk, compliance or assurance.
  • Excellent stakeholder management ability.
  • Demonstrated ability in implementing and continuously improving an assurance framework. 
  • Experience working to and project methodologies including Waterfall and Agile.     
  • Exposure to a fast-paced and evolving environment.
