About the Role:

This role is responsible for supporting the People Central Services Optimisation to enhance overall employee/leader experience and achieve HR operational excellence. This will be achieved through:

  • Providing Capability & Learning Program administrative support to ensure the business is able to meet its objectives, adhering to Service Level Agreements
  • Play a first point of contact advisory role to the business including key stakeholders to provide them insight on Learning & Development, Leadership and HR Campaign solutions, processes and policies
  • Work to support Learning campaigns and programs, improve and implement efficiencies within the Learning Services/Project Support functions
  • Provide additional work triage and assistance to People Services/C&L streams as required, including the broader Learning Support and HR Operations functions


About You:

We are looking for someone with the following experience/skills:

  • It would be highly advantageous to have Work Day learning or other LMS
  • Someone who is highly customer focused (offering "VIP Service" to leader inquires)
  • Experience in Supporting Leadership/Org Development Programs
  • LMS Administration
  • Training Program Event Management - booking venues & catering
  • Employee and Leader service
  • Can be fairly new in industry (HR adviser/coordinator) must be extremely organised and customer focused, provide operational support for event management, excellent communicator
