This growing local government organization have an opening for a Senior HR Business Partner on a 6 week contract basis. The role will support with the end to end employee life-cycle in a fast paced, dynamic environment. They are looking to engage someone who is passionate, dedicated and fully equipped to handle a demanding work environment.
Located in the Eastern suburbs of Melbourne, the primary function of this role is to support and advise the workforce, delivering on all aspects of HR services and strategies, in particular performance management and review of HR policies & procedures. Reporting to the HR Manager, responsibilities include Workforce Planning & Development, Learning & Development, Recruitment, Onboarding, Offboarding, Employee Relations, Remuneration & Benefits and support with Industrial Relation interactions.
You will be highly motivated, a great communicator and passionate about delivering results. The successful candidate will have the relevant tertiary qualification - or equivalent experience and current knowledge of employment legislation including Fair Work Act, Awards, Enterprise Agreement and WHS. You will have demonstrated experience with influencing and relationship management as well the ability to achieve agreed objectives and implement process improvement.
