The Opportunity:

Charterhouse are partnering with a Media, Sports and Entertainment specialist firm in the CBD to secure them a Senior Manager who has the desire to become a Partner in the near future. This 2IC will work closely with the founder & take control of their own dedicated client portfolio whilst showing determination and willingness to move quickly up the ranks to Partnership.

If rubbing shoulders with household sports and TV stars is more your thing than preparing financial statements for your local dentist, then this firm is going to be right up your street. You will be working closely with one of the partners who is one of Australia's leading accountants when it comes to working with clients within this industry. Over the years he has worked with and advised a number of high profile award winning performing artists & you could be joining him too if this role is for you! They have a fun and vibrant culture while also offering a high-quality service to all their clients and are the go-to people for athletes, TV/film actors, agents and musicians.

The successful candidate will have:

• Business Services/Advisory focus during your career
• CA Qualified & strong academic background
• Experience in a management position responsible for the performance of staff
• Exposure to workflow planning, budgeting, KPI tracking, financial statement analysis, cashflow monitoring and financial reporting
• Aspirations to progress to Partner and willingness to do what it takes to get there
