Job description

Due to growth, a fantastic opportunity has become available for a snr scheduler, working for one of Australia’s leading utilities firm, Initially a 12 month contract.  Reporting into the Service Delivery Manager to ensure efficient management of new connections for customers and managing a team of seven.

Key duties include; training consultants on all processes and provide support to the new connections team, resolve escalations from customers, prepare reports of KPI’s, provide a high level of stakeholder engagement as scheduling processes are developed and streamlined, analysing data and operating a budget
