Job description
Brand new Team Assistant position available in the CBD. Working within the banking industry you will be the main support for a very busy team and their head of department.Duties to include:
- Effectively manage emails for Head of the department and maintain all diary appointments
- Coordinate and schedule audio and video conference calls and meetings with multiple participants and across multiple international locations
- Arrange international and domestic travel for all ICB team members as required (working with corporate travel agent)
- Collate and distribute papers for a broad range of client related meetings
- Prepare presentations and make amendments to presentation materials as required.
- Word processing & Desktop Publishing – format documents within corporate visual identity guidelines, printing & binding of documents
- Responsible for department’s document control and retrieval system
- Process monthly Corporate expenses
- Submit invoices for payment to Accounts Payable, process and approve on dashboard for payment and monitor for budget purposes
- Assist the team with all aspects of their day to day administrative activities
- Other adhoc administrative duties
Required skills:
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Highly developed and professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Previous Team Assistant/PA/EA experience
The salary is dependent on experience. Candidates must be able to start immediately.
