  • Based in the Sydney CBD with flexible working arrangements

Design strategy plans & content to achieve overall customer growth. Do this by drawing on business insights & analysis. 


  • Work with teams within the business to design strategies & plans to achieve the business’ outcomes
  • Draw on quantitative and qualitative analysis of the customer database and business to develop detailed strategies
  • Recommend new approaches for customer communication, including new content, new Journeys, or strategic changes to delivery methods. Do this by developing written and creative content and project manage the execution, in line with brand guidelines and customer experience principles.
  • Actively seek ways to work collaboratively across brand & marketing to deliver solutions to our business that maximise the value of customer communications

About you:

  • Tertiary level qualification in Marketing or other relevant area
  • Extensive marketing experience (at least 5 years) with a key focus on strategic digital and customer marketing
