About the company:
An opportunity for an immediate start to take on an initial 3-month contract with longer term opportunities. Working for a global organisation who have a powerful impact on sustainability, while delivering an enhanced customer experience. Reporting into the Customer Service Manager, you will utilise your strong customer service and administration skills in a growing and fast paced team, where no two days will be the same.
Your key responsibilities include:
Supporting customers with technical issues over the phone and email
Scheduling technicians to attend site
Provide administrative support to the department
Raising purchase orders
Updating orders on the CRM
You will have the following:
Previous customer service experience
Great knowledge of the MS office suite including Word, Excel and Outlook
Proven experience working in a fast paced environment
Work effectively and autonomously to specific deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy
Excellent communication skills
