Job description
- $30.75 per hour + Super
- 13/12/2021 - 31/03/2022, with view to extend
- Parramatta | WFH
We’re on the lookout for Customer Service Super Stars.
If successful, training will be on-site for 5 days then the role will be WFH
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate strong resilience and courage when faced with challenging calls
- Assisting with General enquiries
- Successful contractors will be working on a 7am-7pm Monday to Sunday roster
Must have
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong email etiquette
- Proficient in Microsoft office suite
- Can do attitude
