- $45-50 + super an hour
Our client is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant for a temporary position in Sydney CBD. The initial contract will be for 1-2-months with potential to extend further.
The ideal candidate will have experience in working as an Executive Assistant within a fast-paced environment and have the ability to manage a busy and varied workload with competing deadlines.
This role will require someone to take the lead within the team support, to be a self-starter and to hit the ground running with the admin function. As the Executive Assistant you will be supporting the head of resident operations with a range of coordination and administration tasks.

Main duties:
- Serve as a trusted partner to our Executive Leadership Team, providing crucial support and helping to execute strategic initiatives
- Master the complex schedules of our executives, ensuring meetings, events, and travel arrangements are flawlessly coordinated.
- Developing scripts for LIVE events and coordinating with speakers
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, conveying information effectively and ensuring alignment across teams.
- Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure decisions are implemented effectively.
- Manage special projects and initiatives on behalf of the Executive Leadership Team, from conception to completion.
- Compile and analyse data to generate reports and presentations that provide insights and support decision-making.
- Assisting with ad hoc special projects as requested.
About you:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an Executive Assistant role
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities with ease.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work well within a team environment
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office, in particular Teams, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information and confidential matters.
