Executive Assistant- ASAP start – permanent opportunity

Our client, is an award winning Accounting Firm looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to join their Sydney Office. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a modern day, tech driven and rapidly growing Accounting firm.
In this role as the Executive Assistant you will be supporting multiple Founders. We are looking for an individual that has at least 5 years’ experience within the Accounting industry. If you are forward thinking, flexible and a problem solver seeking an opportunity to move away from traditional accounting this is the opportunity for you!
The successful candidate will have experience within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Role responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact between the founders and internal/external stakeholders.
- Screen and handle phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication, ensuring important matters are addressed promptly
- Efficiently manage and coordinate the founders schedule, including scheduling meetings, appointments
- Process invoices and expense claims.
- Handle ASIC lodgement’s
- Event management and coordination
- Monitor and reconcile expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Minimum 5 years previously as an EA/Team Assistant in Accounting Industry
- Friendly and professional candidate with corporate presentation
- Excellent telephone etiquette and ability to manage competing priorities i.e. calendar management.
- Demonstrated ability to engage confidently with a variety of stakeholders
- High level of relationship building and influencing skills
- Strategically minded, pre-empting and / or resolving issues
- High level of service delivery and client care
- Highly competent in Microsoft Office with strong computer literacy skills
- Personable, easily interacts with all types of personalities and at all levels with a high degree of professionalism
