This is a large education brand located in Melbourne's CBD. Currently looking for a skilled and experience Executive Assistant to join the super warm and welcoming Technology & Transformation team. Acting as the right hand to the Head of Technology where you will be responsible for providing high level of support along with working on key projects.
Responsibilities
- Extensive diary and email management
- Stakeholder engagement
- Proof reading documents
- Tracking of projects
- Formatting large documents
- Attend meetings, preparing detailed and accurate minutes.
- Prepare and format correspondence
- Coordinate the workflow of documents
About you
- Previous EA experience at a similar level
- Exceptional interpersonal skills - strong written and verbal communicator
- Strong relationship management skills
- Must have minute taking experience
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders to meet deadlines
- High attention to detail
- Maintain professionalism at all times
- Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic working environment
