Job description
Responsibilities Include:- General and Ad-Hoc administrative duties
- Screening calls & greeting guests
- Co-ordination and support for meetings and appointments
- Liaison and co-ordination with a wide range of program stakeholders
- Diary, calendar and travel arrangements
- Project support to staff as required
- Sensitivity to confidential matters is essential
- Processing minor financial payments
- Management of databases
- Experience within Government in a similar role
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Well presented and good communication skills
- Autonomous candidate who can work with minimal supervision
- Friendly and personable
- Efficient
- Responsive - able to operate well in a busy and complex environment
- Proactive and self starter
