A not for profit organisation with very positive active input into local communities are seeking a Finance Manager to be fully responsible for managing the financial performance of the organisation.
Responsibilities for the role will include:
- Prepare monthly management and board reports including forecasting and cash flow analysis
- Managing internal and external engagements to improve financial performance
- Collaborate with managers and colleagues, provide recommendations on building capability and improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Develop and implement appropriate policies, systems, processes and controls
Requirements for the role will include:
- Relevant tertiary finance qualification (CA, CPA, CIMA) ideally from a Chartered Firm as well as strong academics.
- Experience working in a not for profit organisation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Someone who can confidently present results to a board of directors
