- Experienced financial accountant (with experience in mentoring / guiding or managing a staff member)
- CA / CPA qualified or near to qualified Financial Accountant to join an ASX listed business | hands on role | opportunity to broaden you skills.
My client is a reputable, established (but growing) ASX listed business. Looking for an experienced Financial Accountant to join their finance team on a permanent full time basis.
You will be responsible for managing 1 junior and allocating their workload, along with being hands on across all Financial Accounting duties (inc reporting).
This role is ideal for someone who is looking to continue to grow their accounting experience, take on extra responsibility & work in an agile business. This position would be suited to someone who likes to bring ideas to the table, enjoys engaging with various stakeholders and can see the bigger picture and want to contribute to it.
Offering up to $100k+super (experience dependant).
You will be responsible for:
- Preparation of month end
- Preparation of financial and management reports
- Maintenance of fixed asset register
- Assist with external audit requirements
- Mentoring & managing one junior (inc allocation of their workload)
- Transactional duties include AR & AR, Bank Recs and Banking (split responsibility)
