FP&A Manager
- Unique business partnering opportunity within a well known Travel & Leisure business
- 9 day working fortnight, flexible working arrangements
- $140,000 + Super & Bonus
About the Company
This is a rare opportunity to join a global brand within the travel, leisure and tourism. Even though it's a large brand, the operations in Sydney is lean which means that they offer broader roles and greater exposure to the Senior Leadership Team. About the Role
- Work closely with heads of all departments (including operations) across this diverse business as a trusted Finance Business Partner.
- Lead the annual capital, operational and strategic planning process.
- Work closely with the broader finance department and business partners to deliver month end reporting, with timeliness and accuracy.
- Assist the Financial Controller with balance sheet forecasting and capital expenditure.
- Improving processes (identifying risks or efficiency opportunities, leverage existing information, working cross functionally within finance to implement improvements.
- Lead and support a team of 2 finance analysts.
Skills & Experience
- CPA/CA qualified
- Team management experience
- Strong business partnering experience (ideally experience partnering with either operations, freight, sales etc)
- Excellent communication skills (able to articulate finance to non-finance teams effectively)
- Confident individual that is happy to collaborate with anyone across the business. This role sits very much in the business and not in a finance team!
