Head of Identity Access Management

Job description

As the Head of IAM, you will be working with some of the best security professionals in the industry while being responsible for the management of the Group's IAM risk through a number of strategic, governance and technical projects. The role requires a sounded leader in IAM with previous track record in the Control and Service Ownership of IAM services and controls at Group level. The scope of responsibilities include Authentication, User Access Reviews, Segregation of Duties and Privileged Access on top of the overall strategic roadmap for these services. 

Main responsibilities:

• Delivering a service and control roadmap for all the IAM services, including the services strategy, design, transition, operations, continuous improvement and control lifecycle requirements
• Definying an IAM controls strategy and ensure all related risks are effectively managed while establishing new services and controls when required by the Group's risks profile
• Ensuring all obligations related to service catalogue management, service level management, availability and capability management are met
• Building relationships with key business stakeholders, project teams, operational teams and services providers
• Accountability for the overall P&L for the IAM services and responsibility for procuring investments required to maintain and uplift the IAM services

Mandatory skills:

• Information Security qualifications (CISSP, CISM or other relevant certifications)
• Senior experience managing a large IAM team for a global institution
• Sounded track record in systems management processes and in transforming operations teams through continuous improvements
• Solid exposure to P&L responsibilties
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Valid working rights in Australia
