Job description
Responsibilities Include:
- Clerical and administrative functions within the office
- Preparation of letters, memoranda and reports
- Co-ordination and support for meetings and appointments
- Liaison and co-ordination with a wide range of program stakeholders
- Documentation - preparation, review and finalization
- Attending meetings, taking minutes and their subsequent preparation and distribution.
Essential Criteria:
- SAP and TRIM experience essential
- Well presented and good communication skills
- May direct and lead others so experience in a similar role is essential
- Friendly and personable
- Efficient
- Responsive - able to operate well in a busy and complex environment
- Proactive and self starter.
- Government experience preferred
