Payroll Officer- End-End Payroll

Role Summary
We’re looking for a Payroll Officer who can keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. Making sure everyone is paid accurately and on time, while ensuring compliance is taken care of. Working alongside a supportive finance department, this role is a great chance to bring your expertise to a values-driven organisation where people truly care about what they do.
About the role
- Running end-to-end payroll with accuracy and care
- Preparation and processing of the fortnightly payroll for 160 employees
- Helping staff with payroll queries and making the process easy to understand
- Updating and maintaining payroll records
Skills and experience
- Solid experience in payroll and a strong understanding of payroll legislation
- Someone confident with payroll systems and Excel
- A detail-oriented, organised approach
- Experience with Netsuite (Oracle) is a bonus, but not essential
