  • Asap start (Permanent opportunity)
  • Up to $95k package
  • Sydney CBD, 5 days per week

Our client, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to the leadership team within our professional services firm. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant within a Professional Services environment, demonstrating excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities. The successful candidate will be providing high level secretarial support to 2 Partners.

The successful candidate will be working from their state of the art offices 5 days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage and coordinate the Partners schedule, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Screen and handle phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication, ensuring important matters are addressed promptly
  • Prioritise and ensure that reports, business papers and correspondence are dealt with efficiently and promptly.
  • Identify and take any follow up action arising from agenda and meeting/board notes as required.
  • Monitor and reconcile expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Carry out special projects as allocated by the Partners

What we are looking for:

  • 5 – 7 Years of demonstrated experience from a Chartered Accounting Firm
  • Experienced in supporting Partners
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly competent in Microsoft Office with strong computer literacy skills
  • Personable, easily interacts with all types of personalities and at all levels with a high degree of professionalism
  • High-level attention to detail and accuracy
  • Resilient and able to maintain composure when under pressure
  • Well developed conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize urgent tasks.
