Are you a switched on and presentable Personal Assistant? Fantastic 6-month role based in Sydney’s CBD.

Our management consultancy client is looking for a well presented, professional and switched on Personal Assistant to assist them for a 6-month contract located in their stunning offices in Sydney’s CBD.

In this role, you will be providing high level support to the Vice President and it will include a mix of duties that include but are not limited to:

  • Diary management
  • Assisting with domestic and international travel bookings
  • Checking and processing invoices and expenses
  • Creating PowerPoint presentations

Working 9:00am to 5:00pm, you will need a minimum of 4 years’ EA experience, have strong verbal and written communication skills, corporate presentation with a confident and friendly personality.
