About the company
You will be working with our client in the infrastructure team for one of the largest governing body for schools in Australia.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will also be responsible for the following:
- Provide assistance to the Program Manager and other senior members
- Establish and monitor projects using an online portal
- Liaising with project officers to ensure information is uploaded, meeting strict deadlines
- Preparation of correspondence and other important documentation in relation to funding and grants
- Maintaining database records of projects
- Assisting with administration of grants compliance, payments and acquittals with schools
- Various other duties as directed by Manager
- Provide an effective channel for coordination between the program team, external suppliers, program stakeholders
Requirements/Skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills - must be professional, approachable, patient and polite
- Experience working on/with projects
- Must have a high attention to details and exceptional time management skills
- Ideally immediately available
- Advanced competency with IT systems
