Job description

We are seeking an experienced, vibrant Personal/Administration Assistant to support senior level teams.  
 
Responsibilities:

  • Extensive Diary Management
  • Taking Minutes & Actioning Items
  • Schedule meetings with multiple attendees and prepare related materials
  • Triage and monitor time critical requests
  • Support the team with general administration duties
  • File documents when required  

The successful person will be highly organised with a strong attention to detail, sound initiative and demonstrated administrative skills. In addition to this we are looking for an enthusiastic candidate who has a passion for their work with a proactive attitude.
 
Essential Criteria:

  • Excellent Communication Skills (Written & Verbal)
  • Great attention to detail
  • Customer service focused
  • Strong organisation and time management skills
  • At least 2 years’ experience supporting at managerial level
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise
