Job description
We are seeking an experienced, vibrant Personal/Administration Assistant to support senior level teams.
Responsibilities:
- Extensive Diary Management
- Taking Minutes & Actioning Items
- Schedule meetings with multiple attendees and prepare related materials
- Triage and monitor time critical requests
- Support the team with general administration duties
- File documents when required
The successful person will be highly organised with a strong attention to detail, sound initiative and demonstrated administrative skills. In addition to this we are looking for an enthusiastic candidate who has a passion for their work with a proactive attitude.
Essential Criteria:
- Excellent Communication Skills (Written & Verbal)
- Great attention to detail
- Customer service focused
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- At least 2 years’ experience supporting at managerial level
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise
