I am currently looking for an experience Site Administrator for a fantastic new opportunity based in Crestmead
Working for one of the largest reputable construction companies in Australia you will have a fantastic opportunity to grow within the role.
Duties to include:
- Diary management
- Reception duties
- Assisting and processing timesheets
- Provide staffing and management support to all employees Maintain knowledge on current staffing pattern and foresee future staff requirement to facilitate timely recruitment
- Processing invoices
- Preparing documents associated with construction and project management
- Processing incoming and outgoing email including writing, proof-reading and editing documents
- Ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory
- Answering telephone calls and relaying messages
- Compiling data, statistics and other information
- Securing document control
- Coordinating client, trade and consultant site visits and meetings
- Maintaining safety postings, safety meeting minutes and safety log sheets
- Coordinating, preparing and distributing daily reports
- Manage various projects and ensure completion within deadline by attending to every detail of assigned projects
Must have:
- 2-3 Years site Coordinator/Administrator experience
- Experience in using CRONOS & MAXIMO
- Ability to communicate clearly, both orally and in writing in English. Bilingualism is an asset
- Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook and web-based work platforms)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organization, multi-tasking and time management skills
- Office administration experience
- Experience in a construction environment is an asset.
This role is to start on Monday for a minimum of 3 months
