Job description

The role is responsible for co-ordinating and maintaining a range of training and development programs and support materials to build capability in work health and safety and injury management across the department.

  • Management of internal and external training providers credentials
  • Management of all school-based training activities (working with service centre team)
  • First level support to service centre staff
  • LMS e-learning support
  • Data reporting and analysis
  • Management of operational health and safety training booking process (including finance, catering)


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar training / L & D co-ordinator role, ideally from an educational type background
  • Must have intermediate-advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • The ability to deal effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in learning and development or business management/administration
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
