About the role

This team requires a proactive, organised and reliable Admin Assistant to provide effective administrative support to our Partners and senior management.
You will be required to:

  • Organising meetings & booking meeting rooms
  • Screening calls & incoming correspondence
  • Entering timesheets & expenses
  • Conducing conflict & independence checks
  • Retrieving information from archives & databases
  • Assisting with client engagement tasks
  • Organising internal & client events
  • Assisting our Marketing team with Tax related events/proposals
  • Assisting our Learning & Development team with training schedules

About you:

  • Polished presentation and impeccable customer service
  • Clear communication skills with a highly professional phone manner
  • Proficiency in Microsoft application (Word, Outlook)
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail
  • Reliable, punctual, enthusiastic and friendly by nature
  • Be a team player who can work autonomously
