Are you based in the Melbourne CBD area and are looking for an opportunity close to home, or even a combination of working from home and in the office?
Our client is a well-known and respected Serviced Office seeking a professional telephone answering expert to assist across their Melbourne and interstate sites.
Responsibilities
- Providing outstanding reception of calls and administration services to all clients
- Managing a high volume of calls
- Taking accurate messages, tailored to each client
- Maintenance of general reception duties Ensure upkeep of business centre databases and assisting with supply orders
- Assisting the Boardroom Coordinator in scheduling board room usage, customer requirements, catering etc
- Assisting the Business Managers and Accounts team in debt collection
- Providing support to the Business Managers in the day to day
Experience:
- Customer service experience necessary with Reception
- Reception and customer service experience necessary
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi task and keep calm under pressure
- Personable with an approachable demeanor
- Ability to work contribute to the team and manage own desk
- A positive and adaptable attitude
- Ability to work under different Managers with differing Management styles
- Being proactive and organised in your approach to work
