 Are you based in the Melbourne CBD area and are looking for an opportunity close to home, or even a combination of working from home and in the office?  

Our client is a well-known and respected Serviced Office seeking a professional telephone answering expert to assist across their Melbourne and interstate sites. 


  • Providing outstanding reception of calls and administration services to all clients
  • Managing a high volume of calls 
  • Taking accurate messages, tailored to each client
  • Maintenance of general reception duties Ensure upkeep of business centre databases and assisting with supply orders
  • Assisting the Boardroom Coordinator in scheduling board room usage, customer requirements, catering etc
  • Assisting the Business Managers and Accounts team in debt collection
  • Providing support to the Business Managers in the day to day 


  • Customer service experience necessary with Reception
  • Reception and customer service experience necessary
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi task and keep calm under pressure
  • Personable with an approachable demeanor
  • Ability to work contribute to the team and manage own desk
  • A positive and adaptable attitude
  • Ability to work under different Managers with differing Management styles
  • Being proactive and organised in your approach to work
