Job description
I am currently working with a large construction business in the CBD who are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst. You will be joining them for a 6-month contract working with one of their largest portfolios. Here you will be supporting Head of Finance for all aspects of reporting, reviewing and governance across the portfolio.
You will be:
- Providing monthly management reporting
- Supporting the reporting of overheads of the management reporting packs
- Support the overheads forecasting and management for the portfolio
- Maintain the resource model for the portfolio and support the resource profiling and analytics
- Partner with business units to ensure the cost assumptions are aligned and reflected accurately
- Supporting the business planning process
- Provide support for system implementation
Key criteria:
- CPA, CA or CIMA qualified beneficial
- Experience of budgeting, forecastings and overheads
- Can demonstrate experience of improving systems and problem solving
- Excellent communication skills
