 About the role 

I am looking for an experienced Team Administrator to join a well establish firm based in North Sydney on an initial 6 month temporary basis with the view to be extended long term.

This is a full time temporary position starting immediately helping support a Leadership team.

Duties to include:

  • Raising order requests
  • Document preparation i.e compile and collate file paperwork and job packs
  • Raise invoices
  • Admin support including Diary management, travel & expenses
  • Confirming all client information is correct and up to date
  • Be the first point of contact for all queries

Experience needed:

  • Team Admin experience
  • High level communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and part of a team
  • Positive approach to work and colleagues
  • High level attention to detail
  • Highly organised
