About the role
I am looking for an experienced Team Administrator to join a well establish firm based in North Sydney on an initial 6 month temporary basis with the view to be extended long term.
This is a full time temporary position starting immediately helping support a Leadership team.
Duties to include:
- Raising order requests
- Document preparation i.e compile and collate file paperwork and job packs
- Raise invoices
- Admin support including Diary management, travel & expenses
- Confirming all client information is correct and up to date
- Be the first point of contact for all queries
Experience needed:
- Team Admin experience
- High level communication skills
- Ability to work independently and part of a team
- Positive approach to work and colleagues
- High level attention to detail
- Highly organised
