About the role 

  • I am looking for an experienced Team Administrator to join a well established corporate property firm based in central CBD.
  • This will be a temporary position for around 4 week subject to workload. The role is to help the current Team Administrator with the extra workload.
  •  The role is paying $38+Super p.h, working full time Monday – Friday 8am – 5.30pm.

 
Duties to include:

  • Admin support to the Office
  • Adhoc diary support to Sectors Heads
  • Co-ordination of weekly transactional updates for Office
  • Expense & Travel Management
  • Capex invoice management & processing
  • Assist with co-ordinating of Asset Inspections (where required) with Asset Managers
  • Collation of WH&S reporting
  • Gifts, membership, subscription & training register management


Some key attributes required for this position are:

  • Exceptional organisational skills
  • Diary management experience
  • Expense & travel management experience
  • Ability to multitask & prioritise workloads and work autonomously 
  • Strong & clear communication skills
  • Capacity to administer existing databases
  • Create, develop and establish clear administrative procedures across both sector teams
