Associate Director – Finance Projects- NSW State Government
- CBD + Hybrid
- 3 months contract
- $750 - $850 per day + super
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage complex finance projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- Drive process improvements, system implementations, and financial transformations.
- Partner with key stakeholders to develop and execute strategic financial initiatives.
- Provide expert financial analysis and insights to support decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and reporting requirements.
- Write clear and concise briefs to support finance initiatives.
- Manage key finance projects from planning to execution.
- Oversee communications and engagement strategies for the branch.
- Proactively manage calendars and provide general organisational support.
- Proven experience in finance project management or financial transformation.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Expertise in financial analysis, reporting, and process improvement.
- Experience with ERP systems and financial software is highly desirable.
- CA/CPA/CFA qualification preferred.
