Reporting into the Team Leader of their customer service department you will be responsible for taking all customer enquiries in regards to their insurance and fleet products.
You will also be answering queries via web chat, processing new customers, updating their CRM System and invoicing.
You must have worked in a insurance customer service environment, preferably a call center and be able to commence work immediately. Strong communication skills is essentially along with a flexible and wiling attitude
