About the role:
My client is looking for a standout Customer Service Officer/Call Centre Operator who is customer focused, holds excellent communication skills, and highly driven in to join their team!
We are seeking Candidates who are self-motivated, can hit the ground running, and deliver a high standard of service to clients and customers.
The ideal candidates will have 1-2 years corporate experience in a Customer Service focused role within a call centre environment and will be confident in speaking to clients and customers over the phone.
You will be required to:
- Handle incoming enquiries via email and telephone
Provide excellent customer service to clients and customers
Connect teleconference and video conferences
Meeting coordination and set up
Wide range of general administrative duties
Troubleshoot/Escalate any IT Issues should they occur during meetings
- Exceptional attitude, clear communication skills both written and verbal
Personable and engaging
At least 1-2 years Customer service in a call centre environment
Efficient and competent in Microsoft Office suite
High attention to detail and ability to work autonomously
Quick at picking up new IT Systems
