About the role:


My client is looking for a standout Customer Service Officer/Call Centre Operator who is customer focused, holds excellent communication skills, and highly driven in to join their team! 

We are seeking Candidates who are self-motivated, can hit the ground running, and deliver a high standard of service to clients and customers. 


The ideal candidates will have 1-2 years corporate experience in a Customer Service focused role within a call centre environment and will be confident in speaking to clients and customers over the phone. 


You will be required to:

  • Handle incoming enquiries via email and telephone
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and customers

  • Connect teleconference and video conferences 

  • Meeting coordination and set up 

  • Wide range of general administrative duties 

  • Troubleshoot/Escalate any IT Issues should they occur during meetings


About you:

  • Exceptional attitude, clear communication skills both written and verbal
  • Personable and engaging

  • At least 1-2 years Customer service in a call centre environment 

  • Efficient and competent in Microsoft Office suite  

  • High attention to detail and ability to work autonomously

  • Quick at picking up new IT Systems
