Job description

  • 2+ years’ event coordination experience
  • North Sydney location
  • 6 month temporary role

Providing event management and operational support to the Events Manager, your duties include but are not limited to:

  • Execution and delivery of external client and internal event activities
  • Logistics planning
  • Report on event metrics and budget management
  • Effectively communicating with internal and external stakeholders and service providers
  • Ad hoc event and sponsorship activity

Working 9:00am to 5:30pm, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years’ events experience
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and experience
  • Proficient in Word, Excel and event management tools
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Corporate presentation with a confident and friendly personality.
