Job description
Are you a switched on and corporate Executive Assistant? Fantastic ongoing temporary contract based in Sydney CBD’s for a leading investment management client.Our leading investment management client is looking for a well presented, professional and switched on Executive Assistant / Office Manager to assist them in their stunning CBD offices.
In this role, you will be providing high level support and it will involve a mix of duties that include but are not limited to:
- Managing diaries / meetings and coordinating calendars
- Organising domestic and international travel arrangements
- Producing detailed travel itineraries for the office
- Preparing and processing expenses
- Assisting and supporting the office in every aspect of the role
- Proven experience of successfully supporting all levels in a team
- Highly proficient administrative skills including all MS Office applications
- Highly organised and proactive
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Corporate presentation with a confident and friendly personality
